Couple arrested for brutally torturing 7-year-old girl in Lahore
Police and the Child Protection Bureau recovered the girl from a house in Sabzazar area.
LAHORE (Web Desk) – A couple has been arrested for brutally torturing a seven-year-old adopted girl in Sabzazar area of Lahore today (Tuesday), Dunya News reported.
Preliminary investigation reveals that Amin and his wife Samina burned eight-year-old Rameeza s body with water boiler rod and cigarette.

The girl also had torture marks on her face and head. She was recovered after police and the Child Protection Bureau received a complaint.
According to SSP Investigation, further investigation into the incident is underway.
The Punjab Child Protection Bureau has taken the girl into custody and is being checked and treated for injuries. Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif has taken the notice of the incident and has ordered inquiry into the matter.
