LAHORE (Dunya News) – Police has started the procedure of indentifying people involved in violent acts in Yuhannabad. Six cases have been filed against the violence during Sunday and Monday in the Christian majority area of Lahore.
The snapshots of around three thousand people involved in violence after blasts have been collected and bio data of some people has also been recovered. Police resources say that they will soon start the arrests of people involved.
Police has not yet started the formal investigation of bomb blasts in Yuhannabad on Sunday. The joint investigation team will officially start its investigation on Wednesday. Police is hopeful to get great help from the scientific investigation team.
Government resources say that there is similarity in the series of blasts on Wahga border, Police line and Yuhannabad which will help to reach the terrorists.
Police is also investigating the cases of burning two people alive after the blasts, violence against police, harassing a woman named Mariam Safdar and the death of two people during this episode.
Police resources say that they will soon complete their investigations and all those involved will get rightful punishment.
