Provocative speech: Sessions judge orders to file case against Sheikh Rasheed

Petition alleged Chief AML of delivering provocative speech against the state at PTI rally.

 NANKANA SAHIB (Dunya News) – District and sessions judge Rana Nisar Nankana Sahib on Monday ordered to register case against Awami Muslim League (AML) chief Sheikh Rasheed Ahmad for the provocative speech he delivered at Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) rally held in Nankana Sahib on November 12.

Petition was filed by Pakistan Muslim league – Nawaz (PML-N) youth wing’s district president. It was maintained in the petition that Sheikh Rasheed’s speech falls in the premises of a rebellion against the state thereby enticing an open confrontation with state institutions.
