Khursheed Shah demands transparent judicial inquiry of Multan tragedy
Reason to appointment in CEC's appointment would be given before SC.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Talking to the media outside the Parliament House in Islamabad, opposition leader Khursheed Shah demanded transparent judicial inquiry of the deaths in stampede that occurred during Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) Multan rally within two weeks’ time.
He said it must be made clear if the responsibility of the incident lies upon the administration of the rally or the district administration.
On the appointment of Chief Election Commission (CEC), opposition leader said he would present his recommendations and reason to the delay of CEC’s appointment in Supreme Court.
