How Pervaiz Rashid came to know of PTI-MQM deal, asks Khalid Maqbool
Deputy Convener MQM Rabita Committee says democracy is incomplete without local bodies
KARACHI: (Dunya News) – Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) rabita Committee Deputy Convener Khalid Maqbool has asked Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Senator Pervaiz Rashid how he came to know of MQM’s deal with Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI). He said that democracy without local bodies is nothing but drama.
Talking to media today (Monday) in Karachi, Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui said that if Imran Khan wants to wake the people of Sindh up, then it is his right. Answering the allegation by Senator Pervaiz Rashid that PTI and MQM have an underhand deal, Khalid Maqbool said that Pervaiz Rashid should tell us how he came to know about this deal? He said that Karachi has risen up for his rights and if someone wants to support MQM in this regard, MQM does not have any objection. MQM leader made it clear that MQM will support whoever does any good to the people of Pakistan.
