Army takes charge of Interior Ministry's control room

All stakeholders must engage in meaningful negotiations to resolve conflict:ISPR

LAHORE (Web Desk) – Pakistan Army has reportedly taken charge of federal Interior Ministry’s control ‎room, and Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) stated that it is the army’s responsibility to guard the ‎Red Zone, Dunya News reported.‎

According to ISPR, the military leadership believes that all stakeholders must engage in meaningful ‎negotiations to resolve political conflict. ISPR added that the Red Zone houses buildings that represent ‎the state, and those buildings must not be harmed in any way.‎
