Karachi: Liaquat Ali Khans eldest son passes away
Funeral prayers of Ashraf Ali Khan are to be offered after Namaz-e-Zuhr at Gizri Mosque.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Ashraf Ali Khan, the elder son of the first Prime Minister of Pakistan, Liaquat Ali Khan passed away in Karachi on Monday. His funeral prayers are to be offered after Namaz-e-Zuhr at Gizri Mosque and would be buried at the Gizri graveyard.
Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain has expressed deep sorrow and dismay over Ashraf ali Khan’s death. He sympathized with the mourning family on behalf of MQM and its members.
Ashraf was only 14 when his father was assassinated on 16 October 1951 during a public meeting of the Muslim City League at Company Bagh in Rawalpindi.
