Sindh Assembly: PPP, MQM protest against power cuts
PPP and MQM MPs Sindh Assembly jointly protested against unannounced power cuts.
KARACHI (Dunya News) - Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) and Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) lawmakers in the Sindh Assembly protested against the unannounced power cuts today (Tuesday), Dunya News reported.
Session of the Sindh Assembly was held under the Deputy Speaker Shehla Raza.
Nawaz Chandio of PPP and Mohammed Hussain of MQM said federal government was taking political revenge from the province of Sindh.
They also urged the Sindh government to get the due share of electricity from the federal government.
Irfanullah Marwat of Muslim League-N meanwhile has said CM Sindh Qaim Ali Shah should to take out rally like Shahbaz Sharif and he would support him.
On the occasion, exchange of hot words also took place between PML-N MPA Irfanullah Marwat and Nisar Khoro.
