Reportedly, PPP leadership demanded Bilawal and Zardari be provided security at Bilawal House Bahria Town, adjacent roads and other areas as well as to the reception ceremonies.
According to Dunya news, IG Punjab Khan Baig contacted Bilawal Bhutto’s security officer and assured complete and foolproof security to PPP chairman upon his visit to Punjab.
It merits mentioning here that PPP’s top leadership has avoided Punjab visit due to security threats. Bilawal Bhutto has previously canceled Punjab visit a number of times for similar reasons.

"Received threat letter from LEJ. Will hold Punjab govt responsible 4 LEJ attacks if Sharif cont 2 give them protection & refuse2 take action," Bilawal tweeted on Thursday night.
The chief minister of Punjab, Shahbaz Sharif, had immediately taken notice of Bilawal’s tweet and ordered the inspector-general of Punjab to contact the PPP leader and look into the threats sent to him.
