Lawyers should cooperate in making courts impartial: CJ

The Chief Justice (CJ) of Supreme Court of Pakistan, Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry stressed that good governance is not possible without providing immediate and affordable justice to the public. He urged the lawyers to cooperate in making the apex courts impartial.Justice Iftikhar was addressing to a session of the Multan District Bar Association where he said, Providing justice to masses is the joint responsibility of the courts and lawyers community. He said that extra efforts should be done in preparing of cases so that unnecessary delays could be avoided.
