PTI Chief said that his party's campaigning has deprived PMLN of sleep.

PESHAWAR (Dunya News) – Chairman Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan, while condemning police’s interference in by-poll of PP 81 constituency, said on Saturday he will write to Chief Election Commissioner and Inspector General (IG) Punjab.
Imran Khan claimed that his party’s campaigning at Shah Jiona area has deprived Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PMLN) leadership of sleep.
He alleged that Punjab government is busy plotting rigging in by-polls and harassing his party workers through police.
PTI Chief urged the election commissioner to tell how long alleged rigging by Punjab government will go on. He also urged IG Punjab to take notice of ‘unacceptable’ activities of police adding that he should learn from his counterpart in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
It merits mentioning here that Imran Khan, while addressing a political campaign rally in Sukkur on Friday said that he will take the message of ‘justice’ to the whole country adding that he couldn’t come to Sindh during general elections due to lack of time and that he would now go to every district for campaigning.
The message of justice will be taken to the whole country, he said. People’s conditions have worsened instead of improving, he said adding that inflation and unemployment has escalated and that conditions of farmers of interior Sindh are even worse.
PTI emerged as second largest political party in terms of number of votes; yet the party didn’t clean-sweep as opposed to party’s expectations. Imran Khan has termed a number of factors including alleged rigging for the outcome of general elections that took place on May 11 last year.
PTI chief often comes under fire for lamenting America’s war on terror and for terming the domestic insurgencies as the result of US’s involvement including its drone program.
It merits mentioning here that Imran Khan urged Taliban on Monday for an unconditional ceasefire and his party had vowed to support Pakistan armed forces in case of military operation in North Waziristan.
