Rawalpindi tragedy: PTI submits adjournment motion in PA

LAHORE (Dunya News) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf has moved adjournment motion against Rawalpindi incident in Punjab Assembly today (Monday).

Opposition leader Mian Mehmood-ur-Rasheed submitted adjournment motion in the Punujab Assembly Secretariat.

It was stated in the motion that incident in Rawalpindi occurred due to administration’s negligence and inability.

Such major tragedy took place despite suspension of mobile phone services and ban on pillion riding, which is failure of security agencies, PTI stated.

PTI has demanded from government to compensate families of the victims at earliest.
