Governor Sindh Ishratul Ibad returns from Dubai
Governor Ebad did not speak to members of the media present at the airport.
KARACHI (Dunya News) - Governor Sindh Dr Ishratul Ebad Khan today (Tuesday) arrived in Karachi from Dubai, a week after rumors of his resignation over concerns regarding the targeted operation in Karachi.
However, the Governor’s spokesman denied the rumors and termed them ‘baseless’.
Also, Federal Information Minister Pervaiz Rashid had confirmed that Sindh Governor Dr Ishratul Ebad still holds his post, fully aware of the matters relating to Karachi operation.
Governor Sindh was on two weeks leave with the approval of the president, the Information Minister said.
