Unofficial result: PML-N's Zubair Baloch wins PP-210 Lodhran
Dunya news takes lead in announcing the first unofficial result of by-elections 2013.
LODHRAN (Dunya News) - According to unofficial results, Zubair Baloch of PML-N secured 26,735 votes whereas, Saad Khurshid Kanju of Pakistan Tehree-e-Insaf secured 8, 790 votes.
Earlier, the voting for 41 national and provincial constituencies concluded at 5pm Thursday.
The process of counting began immediately after the end of polling and ECP started announcing unofficial results of different polling stations.
The results began pouring in earlier than expected owing to low turnout of the voters in most constituencies.
By and large, the polling remained peaceful, a few incidents of violence and violation of code of conduct were reported.
