Caretaker govt fulfilled its promise: Habib
Malik Habib says caretaker government has fulfilled its promise for holding on time elections.
ISLAMABAD (Online) – Talking to media after casting his vote at Islamabad Model School for boys on Saturday, Federal Caretaker Interior Minister, Malik Muhammad Habib Khan said that the federal government is providing utmost support to the provincial governments to ensure fair, free and transparent election in the country.
Caretaker interior minister also took a surprise visit of National Election Security Center in interior ministry to observe the security as well as monitoring arrangements. He strictly directed the security personnel on duties to provide foolproof security of the election staff.
Malik Habib also directed the provincial governments regarding the provision of intelligence report on proper time. He took aerial surveillance of the security arrangements in federal capital.
