Sahiwal: Arrest order of former MPA issued over fake degree
A Sahiwal judge Tuesday issued arrest order of Pir Wilayat Shah Khagga in fake degree case.
SAHIWAL (Dunya News) -District & Session Judge, Mushtaq Ahmad Warraich has ordered to submit challan of the case till April 30.
Nazar Muhammad Fityana, political rival of Pir Wilayat Shah, had filed a petition on April 16 stating that police were deliberately not arresting former MPA despite a registration of FIR against the accused.
On which, police told the court that it conducted raids but the accused is still absconder and police have declared him proclaimed offender.
The court adjourned hearings of the case till April 30.
