Punjab health ministry sacks 120 irregular doctors
255 irregular doctors have been sacked by ministry so far.
LAHORE (Dunya News) - The Punjab government has dismissed 120 more doctors who remained absent from their regular duties for an extended period of time.
According to details, the doctors who have been dismissed by the government were not discharging their duties for the past one and a half year.
Despite repeated warnings issued by the Punjab Health Department, the doctors did not pay any heed due to which departmental action was taken.
So far, the department has taken action against 255 doctors who were not continuing their duties.
