70 children die of measles in last 28 days
Authorities begin anti-measles vaccination in the affected areas.
KANDHKOT: Measles claimed three more lives in interior Sindh including Kandhkot district, mounting the death toll to 70 in last 28 days, Dunya News reported.
Affected families blamed the health department of negligence saying no team of the department came to vaccinate the children.
On the other hand, the government has said that over 5 million children below 9 years in 29 districts of Sindh & Balochistan will be vaccinated against measles during on-going campaign.
