Ex-PM Gilani said he has been punished for raising voice for the people of South Punjab.

Addressing the media at Lahore Cantt station, Yousaf Raza Gilani said he never expressed to become political martyr.Gilani will be reaching Multan this evening.The PPP has made elaborate arrangements to give him rousing welcome.He will arrive at Khanewal by train from Lahore‚ where he will be received by the workers and office bearers of PPP as well as people of his constituency.Yousaf Raza Gilani said that the constitution is supreme but it is parliament which has created the constitution.To a question‚ former Prime Minister said that constitution was also present‚ when the judges were detained at their homes.He said PPP is the party which restored the constitution. He said PPP has the roots in the federation and the next general elections results would not be different from the present one.
