Memo commission will resume its proceedings after a weeklong recess at Islamabad High Court today.

The memo commission, headed by Justice Qazi Faiz Issa, will resume proceeding today at the Islamabad High Court (IHC).Earlier, Husain Haqqani, former Pakistan ambassador to the US, on Wednesday submitted his reply in writing on the directives of the Judicial Commission probing the memo scandal.The reply says that Husain Haqqani was anxious to have his statement recorded from Washington despite illness and other risks.He also requested the commission to provide him with a complete video record of the commissions proceedings.In his reply, Haqqani also clarified that he had not applied to obtain US nationality.
