IHC dismisses plea to sack PM Gilani

Islamabad High Court has dismissed the plea pertaining to the removal of PM from office.

Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqi heard the plea at Islamabad High Court.Adding remarks, Justice Shaukat said the plea cannot be heard before the release of full verdict in contempt case against PM Gilani. He said article 61-3G only refers to the disqualification of Member of Parliament and not Prime Minister.The petition was filed by Advocate GM Chaudhry.
