SC resumes hearing of missing persons case

A three-member headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry hearing the case.

During previous hearing, Supreme Court had rejected the explanatory report submitted by intelligence agencies’ lawyer terming it as unsatisfactory.The apex court has also sought detailed report from Chief Secretary Khyber Pakhtunkhwa regarding pending cases against the prisoners.
