PM announced appointment of the PPP nominee for Senate seat Aslam Gill as his Special Assistant.

The Prime Minister Yusuf Raza Gilani while addressing a large gathering here mentioned the defeat of Aslam Gill in the recent Senate polls from Punjab and announced to have him as his Adviser.It status would be equal to that of the minister of state.He said the party knows how to honour its supporters and said it was being investigated who betrayed the party.
