Sometimes it happens that you don’t want to do any work and feel lethargic, in morning when wake up but you don’t feel like getting up. You drag yourself but actually you don’t feel like doing any work, your energy level lowers down. All this is due to some tough lifestyles and improper food routine. It is a common observation that working people faces lethargy more because whole day they have to work and don’t give any importance to their diet and fluid intake.Lethargy mainly occurs due to lack of fluids in the body. In spite of of eating heavy oily food prefer fruits and vegetables and feel fresh and energetic. Try to take out time for yourself and do exercise daily for at least half an hour. If you feel lethargic , don’t ignore this problem and find the root cause behind this and try to changing your diet and routine. If that does not help your lethargy then don’t delay going to a doctor any further.
