Piers Morgan appeared before the commission and testified about the News Of The World scandal.

Piers Morgan testified via video-conference in regards to the News Of The World phone hacking scandal during his time as Daily Mail editor. NOTW allegedly hacked the phone of Paul McCartneys ex and listened to their conversations.Morgan admitted he did listen to some of the voicemails. When asked if listening to private conversations was unethical, Morgan said, It doesnt necessarily follow that listening to someone else talking to someone else is unethical. Morgan also refused to divulge how he got the voicemail, claiming it would compromise a source.Morgan also admitted to doctoring a photo of Princess Di, making it look like the late princess had shared a kiss with Dodi Fayed. All in all, a bad day for Piers Morgans credibility.
