Renowned actor Akhtar Shirani passes away
Burial of Akhtar Shirani will take place at Wadi-e-Hussain cemetery on Tuesday.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Famous stage actor Akhtar Shirani on Monday has passed away due to kidney-related complications.
Family sources told that the actor was also suffering from respiratory ailment and was placed on ventilator but he couldn’t survive.
Funeral prayers will be offered at Imambargah Rizvia Society while burial will take place at Wadi-e-Hussain cemetery on Tuesday.
Karachi Arts Council President Muhammad Ahmad Shah expressed deep grief over the sad demise, saying that Shirani was a good-natured man and sociable member of the council.
