Michael Jackson waxed figure unveiled in Madame Tussauds

A new wax figure of Michael Jackson was unveiled in Hollywood, showing Jackson dressed in the wardrobe and styling as he might of appeared during his series of UK concert dates that were canceled following his sudden death on June 25. The 300,000 dollar (USD) figure was crafted in London and brought to Los Angeles under heavy guard,'' according to publicists. Jackson was first immortalized in wax by Madam Tussahs in 1985 at their London branch. The star died of cardiac arrest on June 25 while preparing for a run of 50 concerts at London's O2 Arena, his planned comeback after years of living as a virtual recluse.
