Students can get admission in the public colleges online at inter level through this system.

Government of Punjab has introduced a new online admission system for getting admission in public colleges of Punjab province. Students of Punjab province can apply for getting admission in the public colleges of Punjab province online at inter level through this system. This online facility was only for the students who pass matriculation under any educational board of Punjab province.Online College Admissions System (OCAS) is yet in initial stages and initially it was introduced in only 24 colleges of Punjab province including 8 colleges of Lahore. But still after a week of matric result 2011 announcement Online College Admissions System has not provided the facility to the candidates for apply online.The procedure of applying through Online College Admissions System is very easy students just have to fill their admission form while sitting in front of their computers, there is Rs-25 fee for applying for admission in first year online for each study course and if students wanted to apply for more than one courses or in more than one colleges he/she has to pay Rs-25/study course. After submitting the fee students can submit their application form online.
