DUBAI (Dunya News) – The recent reports of match-fixing in Pakistan Super League (PSL) has raised many question marks. PSL chairman Najam Sethi, however, assured the completion of investigation in a few days.

As soon as Khalid Latif and Sharjeel Ahmed have returned to Pakistan following PSL suspension over corruption charges, PSL chairman has been active on social media.

He informed that other players including Zulfiqar Babar, Muhammad Irfan and Shahzaib Hassan are being questioned while they will not face immediate suspension.

Moreover, PSL chief recently tweeted that media should not speculations, players should relax and fans should just enjoy the game for the moment as the inquiry will be compiled within a few days.

In the meantime, Imran Khan mocked Najam Sethi on twitter over alleged corruption case. He tweeted, "Joke: Election fixer Sethi to eliminate cricket spot fixing! Latter only affects cricket; elec "fixing" greater crime threatening democracy."
