Lack of sponsors: Pakistan tour of Zimbabwe postponed
PCB and Zimbabwe cricket board postponed the tour with mutual consent
LAHORE: (Dunya News, Web Desk) – Pakistan’s tour of Zimbabwe has on Friday been cancelled due to lack of sponsors. Pakistan Cricket Board and Zimbabwe Cricket decided to postpone the series with mutual consent, reported Dunya News.
According to details, Zimbabwe was having problems in getting sponsorship for the tour. Finally, the two boards mutually agreed on postponing the series.
Pakistan was expected to tour Zimbabwe in August where they were to play 3 One-Day Internationals (ODI) and 2 Twenty20.
