FDI decreases by 65pc during current FY

Foreign Direct Investment to Pakistan decreased by 65 percent during the ten months of current FY.

According to the data released by the State Bank of Pakistan, volume of FDI remained at $563 million during the current fiscal year. Which is $1.3 billion lower as compared with the last year. Volume of indirect investment stood at $666 million, while $71 million has been drawn from the stock market during the period.
