Sport-fixing case: Salman, Amir and Asif to leave for Qatar
Salman Butt, Muhammad Asif and Muhammad Amir will leave for Qatar tonight to participate in final hearing of spot-fixing case, which would be continued from 06 to 11 of January 2011. The three players were suspended by the ICC in September on spot-fixing charges relating to the Lord's Test against England a month earlier. The PCB is also keen to assist the ICC anti-corruption tribunal in determining in a fair and just manner the truth behind the serious allegations being made against the three Pakistan players, the release added.
