Rick Santorum and Mitt Romney are in a tight race to win the Republican presidential primary in Ohio.With 36 percent of Ohios precincts reporting, Santorum has 39 percent and Romney has 36 percent.Santorum has won primaries in Tennessee and Oklahoma, while Romney has won in Massachusetts, Vermont and Virginia as voters went to the polls in 10 states on Super Tuesday.Newt Gingrich has won in his home state of Georgia.More than 400 delegates were at stake on the busiest day by far of the race to pick an opponent to President Barack Obama in the November election.
