Libya: NATO forces continue air strikes on Tripoli on day 4

NATO forces continued air strikes on Tripoli as five explosions were heard near Gaddafis residence.

According to reports, at approximately 11 pm Libyan Local Time, NATO planes bombarded Gaddafi’s Bab Al-Aziziya residence. The explosion occurred after 10 minutes and smoke was seen rising from the site of the explosions.The Libyan government confirmed that three people were killed and more than 150 were injured due to the bombardment by NATO planes on Monday and Tuesday.On the other hand, Libyan representative in the European Union Mr Al Hadi Hadeiba along with his partners, threatened to cut links with President Gaddafi. In a statement Hadeiba said that he could not see his fellow countrymen being killed.
