China blasts US human rights record

China published a report about the human rights record of the United States.

Responding to US criticism about its human rights record, the Chinese report says the US report is full of distortions and accusations about the human rights record in more than 190 countries, but turns a blind eye to its own human rights situation.The report says that the US government was a puppet playing in the hands of capitalists. It says killing of innocent citizens in Iraq by the US forces was the biggest violation of human rights. According to the report, US is pushing for Internet freedom around the world as a way to undermine other nations and Washingtons campaign against secret-spilling website, WikiLeaks, showed its own sensitivity to the free flow of information.
