Japan's quake-stricken area has rocked with aftershocks measuring 6.0 on the Richter scale.

No immediate damage was reported after the shocks. Meanwhile, Japan imposed a temporary ban on its vegetables export fearing that they might contain the elements of atomic radiation as the Fukushima nuclear power plant was still discharging the radioactive waves. US Vice President Joe Biden and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton paid separate visits to the Japanese embassy in Washington to sign a condolence book for the thousands of victims of the countrys most powerful ever earthquake.
