US President Barack Obama has told China that the two countries are not predestined to be adversaries. President Obama made the comments during a speech in Shanghai, shortly before holding a question and answer session with Chinese students. Obama said that the youth didn't has much opportunities of education and employment in Pakistan and Afghanistan which were the causes of militancy over there. In the speech, he also reminded his Chinese hosts that all people, including Chinese citizens, deserved to be given basic rights. President Obama is on a four-day visit to China. Obamas first official tour of China President Obama reached China yesterday on his first official tour of the country. At the Xijiao State Guest House, Mr. Obama had a working lunch with Han Zheng, the mayor of Shanghai, and Yu Zhengsheng, the secretary of the citys Communist Party. Strict security measures have been taken in Beijing and Shanghai.
