Officials say Turkish security forces have killed 75 Kurdish rebels in weeklong clashes in southeast Turkey.The governors office for Hakkari province says the clashes in the town of Sendinli, near the border with Iraq, also claimed the lives of four soldiers.The rebels are fighting for self-rule in southeast Turkey. The conflict has killed tens of thousands of people since 1984.
