Afghan officials say a man has rammed a motorcycle packed with explosives into an international military convoy in the east, causing a blast that killed at least 10 Afghans.Khost provincial council member Shafiq Mujahid says the attack occurred in the provinces capital Khost city about midday on Wednesday. He says the attacker was on a motorcycle but does not provide other details.City hospital director Majid Mangal says 10 bodies were brought in from the blast site along with 13 wounded people.
