(Web Desk) - The Circuit of The Americas racetrack in Texas has unveiled the world’s largest cowboy hat sculpture ahead of the upcoming Formula One United States Grand Prix.
The giant installation was created in collaboration with Austin-based apparel brand Tecovas and is modelled on the company’s signature Cattleman cowboy hat.
The sculpture measures 43 feet wide, 47 feet long and 17 feet high, making it a striking addition to the racetrack.
A representative of Guinness World Records inspected the structure on Monday and recognised it as the world’s largest hat sculpture made of fibreglass, according to the report.
The installation was unveiled to mark the upcoming US Grand Prix, bringing a distinctive Texas-inspired touch to the Formula One event.
Cowboy hats are closely associated with Texas culture, and the oversized sculpture combines the state’s Western heritage with the excitement surrounding one of motorsport’s major events.
