Punjab police decides to approach federal govt on banning PUBG

LAHORE (Web Desk) – Punjab police on Friday has decided to approach the federal government of Pakistan on banning the Player Unknown s Battle Grounds (PUBG) game in Pakistan.

Taking it to Twitter, the Punjab police referred to a crime incident that took place in Kahna area of Lahore where the son of a household killed his family members including mother, sisters and brother thinking that they will become alive once again as it happens in the game.

According to the Punjab police spokesperson, the youth was addicted to PUBG. "The accused opened fire on the family members, thinking they will become alive again," he added.

He said that the accused had slept in the lower portion after the gruesome murder.

On the other hand, the Punjab police has decided to forward its request to both the federal and provincial government to ban the dangerous game and save the youth of the country from deteriorating their lives.
