Colombo Test: Sri Lanka needs 230 runs to beat Pakistan
The third and the last test match between Pakistan and Sri Lanka has entered into an interesting phase as a result of responsible batting from the Sri Lankan side. Sri lanka were 262/3 at lunch and they needed 230 more runs to win the third test. Sri Lanka started its second innings on the final day at 183/3. The Sri Lankan captain Kumara Sangakara and Thilan Samraweera faced Pakistani bowlers confidently and played attractive shorts. Samraweera was not out on 69 on the other hand captain Kumar sangakara was not out on 75 and was inching towards his fifth test century. Both batsmen have taken their partnership to 107 runs. AT the end of day four, Parna was the prominent scorer with 73 runs.
