Earlier in the day, Peshawar Zalmi delivered a commanding all-round performance to defeat Lahore Qalandars by 76 runs in the 19th match of Pakistan Super League (PSL) 11.
After being invited to bat first, Zalmi posted a competitive total of 173 for 7 in their allotted 20 overs, built on a strong middle-order partnership and late acceleration.
Lahore, in response, suffered a dramatic batting collapse and were bowled out for just 97 in 17 overs, unable to cope with a disciplined and aggressive bowling display.
