Umar Bhutta expresses hope to win title of Asian Champions Trophy
(Web Desk) - Captain of National Hockey team Muhammad Umar Bhutta has expressed the hope that Pakistan will win the title of Asian Champions Trophy which is starting from Tuesday in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
In an exclusive interview, Muhammad Umar Bhutta who is currently in Dhaka, said that the morale of Pakistani players is very high and they are committed to display exceptional performance in the arena.
He said that India, South Korea, Japan besides Pakistan and hosts Bangladesh are featuring in the event.
Responding to a question, Muhammad Umar Bhutta said that although the teams of India and South Korea are strong so beating them on the way to lifting the title for the fourth time will be a tough challenge but he strongly hoped that Pakistan will defeat them and pave its way to lift the trophy.
He informed that Pakistan will play its first match against Japan on Tuesday at 1700 hours Pakistan Standard Time.
