All set to hold 33rd National Games in KP

PESHAWAR (Web Desk) - All is set to hold 33rd National Games in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa from Saturday, Radio Pakistan reported.
The province is hosting the Games after a decade and brisk arrangements have been made to make this mega event a success.
According to details, a total of twelve-thousand male and female athletes from across the country will participate in the Games.
Meanwhile, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Sports Minister Atif Khan said the National Games will promote soft image of the province.
Earlier, the 33rd edition of Pakistan’s National Games was postponed, once again, for the umpteenth time, when it was announced jointly by the Khayber Pakhtunkhwa government and Pakistan Olympic Association.
The games were originally scheduled to be held from October 26th in Peshawar with around 12,000 male and female athletes participating in 34 different disciplines.
