All set at the Sher-e-Bangla Cricket Stadium to stage the first encounter of the ICC World Cup 2011. The Bengali tigers, on their home ground, will challenge the co-hosts and cup favorites India in the opening contest.

Mahendra Singh Dhoni will lead the star-studded Indian team, while his Bangladeshi counterpart Shakib Al Hasan will try to overpower them. Though cricket pundits are rating India as a pre-cup favorite, Bengali tigers could produce an upset in front of their home crowd. The play will start at 1: 30 pm Pakistani time.
