Rafael Nadal would face Tomas Berdych in the Wimbledon mens final today. Its set to be a suspenseful and exciting match with Nadal in his fourth Wimbledon final in a row. Nadal raised his game even more than usual to knock out Britains Andy Murray in the semi-final on Friday. He played some scintillating tennis but we shouldnt underestimate Thomas Berdych, after all hes the man who knocked out 6-times champion Roger Federer and then went on to defeat Novak Djokavic. Nadal certainly is not assuming he will take his second Wimbledon title tomorrow saying, No opponent can be more difficult than Tomas to play this final. Its very difficult to stop him when hes playing well, and hes playing well, according to Caroline Cheese on BBC Sport. One of the most memorable matches ever played at Wimbledon was the 2008 final between Nadal and Federer in which Nadal came out on top in a momentous match. Viewers and fans will be hoping for more of the same tomorrow. It was Federer though who won the tournament last year against Andy Roddick, while Nadal was out of the game with a knee injury. There is no such trouble for Nadal this year though, as last month saw him win the French Open for the fifth time. Meanwhile Berdych has surprised everybody with his determined play and said, Im still not done yet here. One more to go. Although Nadal had beaten Berdych in their last six matches without Berdych even winning one set, Berdych has stepped up a level recently and could be a revelation in the final.
