Fast bowler Shabbir Ahmed has submitted his NOC to PCB chief operating officer Wasim Bari. After quitting ICL, Shabbir Ahmed has submitted his NOC to PCB. Talking to Dunya News exclusively, he said, It is my first priority to show performance for Pakistan team. Shabbir Ahmed is playing from WAPDA in domestic cricket. PCB chief operating officer Wasim Bari said that selection committee has been informed about the NOC of Shabbir Ahmed.
