SC seeks auction details of Haris Steel Mills

Supreme Court has sought documents of Haris Steel Mills auctioned property in BOP scandal.

Three-member bench of Supreme Court led by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry conducted hearing of Bank of Punjab scandal case. The court ordered to produce the details of Haris Steel Mills’ auctioned property in form of table without any delay. Chief Justice also consulted that why the market value of Haris Afzal’s property in Model Town has not been mentioned.The Bank is wasting our time; it should be come to know that we are not sitting idle here, commented Chief Justice of Pakistan.
