ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The federal government has announced a public holiday across Pakistan on August 26, Wednesday, on the occasion of Eid Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH).
According to an official notification, the Cabinet Division issued the notification for the public holiday after approval from Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.
The notification stated that all government and semi-government offices across the country will remain completely closed during the holiday.
